Dew & the Dew Point.
Dew condenses out of a humid atmosphere, wet air, (air that is full of, saturated with water). The Dew Point is the temperature at which water condenses (comes) out of the air. As the temperature of air (the atmosphere) is reduced (lowered) the concentration (amount of) water vapour in the air (atmosphere) near the ground increases (grows), until at dew point the air is saturated with (full of) water, and tiny beads of water condense (drip and drop down) out of the air (atmosphere) and collect on the ground, vegetation near the ground, (cold surfaces).

Water is broken up and becomes vapour that climbs high into the sky, and the vapour condenses around particles of dust and forms clouds, and the clouds, drop the waters, back down over, the face of the earth.

20 By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew. Proverbs 3:20
