They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture. Ps 22:18
35 And they [stauroo..impaled on an upright post, pole or stake, crucified.] impaled him, and [diamerizo..divided throughout, parted.] parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots. Matthew 27:35

24 And when they had [stauroo.. impaled on an upright post, pole or stake.] impaled him, they [diamerizo..divided throughout, parted.] parted his garments, casting lots upon them, what every man should take. Mark 15:24

Then said [G2424] Yehoshua, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they [diamerizo.. divided throughout, parted.] parted his raiment, and cast lots. Luke 23:34

23 Then the soldiers, when they had [stauroo..impaled on an upright post, pole or stake, crucified.] impaled [G2424] Yehoshua, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.
24 They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did. John 19:23,24

Four Jewish soldiers.
23 Then the [stratiotes.] soldiers, when they had [ stauroo.. impaled on an upright post, pole or stake.] crucified [G2424] Yehoshua, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.
24 They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did. John 19:23,24..[G2424] Yehoshua was given back to the chief priests, and the scribes and the elders of the people, and their officers, so, the soldiers who stripped [G2424] Yehoshua were probably the officers of the Jews who had previously arrested [G2424] Yehoshua in the garden of Gethsemane: They were probably the same soldiers who were involved in the acts of assault that were committed against him at the palace of the high priest. See: Chapters 133 The Betrayal. 153 [G2424] Yehoshua was assaulted at the palace of Caiaphas the high priest. and 185 Pontious Pilate & The Trial of [G2424] Yehoshua, [G5547] anointed, the Messiah. Pontius Pilate was at the impaling of [G2424] Yehoshua, so, there would also have been Roman soldiers at the impaling, because Pontius Pilate was the governor (an important person) and the soldiers would have escorted him there.

[G2424] Yehoshua was wearing five items of clothing.
23 Then the soldiers, when they had [ stauroo..impaled on an upright post, pole or stake.] crucified [G2424] Yehoshua, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.
24 They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did. John 19:23,24

What was [G2424] Yehoshua wearing?
Footwear..A long gown..A coat..Undergarments..1) One pair of sandals..2) One long gown..3) One pair of underpants..4) One singlet, and 5) One Coat. I would be prepared to say that, [G2424] Yehoshua was naked when he was fixed to the wood, and died upon, the cross.

Footnote: [G2424] Yehoshua had, or shared, or rented, a house in Capernaum. What happened to that house and it's contents is not recorded in the bible. Yehoshua's home, if he had one, may have become the property of the Jewish rulers, and if so, what happened to the house, if he had one, might be recorded somewhere, in Jewish history.

The clothing of [G2424] Yehoshua which was stolen by the soldiers, could have been given to his mother, and, or, his brothers and sisters.
