light ...scattereth ...wind upon the earth?

Wind is [atmis..vapour] air, which is made up of a combination of vapours, of which water in its gaseous state is a constituent.

light..scattereth [wind] vapour upon the earth?

Dry barren land and warm, heat, to be hot, take away by [to flay, strip, tear, force, violence] the snow water.

If light scatters [wind] vapour upon the earth, and warmth, heat, to be hot, causes liquid water to [become vapour] which be flayed, stripped, torn, and forcefully, or violently taken away, then "Light is hot!"

Scattereth. H6327 ?? pu^ts poots Ancient word; to dash in pieces, s (particularly to disperse): - break (dash, shake) in (to) pieces, he that dasheth in pieces, cast (abroad), spread abroad, be spread abroad, scatter, scatter (abroad), be scattered (abroad), be dispersed, disperse (selves), drive, retire.

light ...scattereth ...wind upon the earth? Job 38:24

Wind [which is atmis: vapour] is scattered about the earth by light.

Vapour is scattered about the earth by light.

If light is hot, and wind [vapour] is scattered about the earth by light, then wind [vapour is scattered about the earth by heat.

Heat shakes, dashes and breaks liquid water in (to) pieces and casts, spreads, scatters, drives, disperses it abroad! Water can be broken into pieces. Water is made up of pieces.

As the surface of water is heated by the warmth of the sun the water begins to [shake] vibrate, and the vibrations cause the liquid water to break up into [vapour] water molecules which, forcefully and violently flayed, stripped, and torn, are taken away, cast, spread, scattered, abroad, dispersed throughout the atmosphere by [light] heat!
