Here is the scripture:
24 Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; Isaiah 44:24

Here is the scripture again with the Hebrew meaning of the words "spreadeth abroad" included.
24 Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that [raqa..Primitive root; to pound the earth (as a sign of passion), by analogy to expand (by hammering), beat, stamp, stretch (out), make broad, be made broad, spread abroad, spread forth, spread over, spread out, spread into plates, to overlay (with thin sheets of metal).] spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; Isiaah 44:24

Here is the scripture:
As for the earth, out of it cometh bread: and under it is turned up as it were fire. Job 28:25

For this scripture we need to look at Hebrew meanings for the words "under" "turned up" and "fire".
Under..? tachath pronounced takh'-ath From the same as ? to^ach; the bottom (as depressed); below, beneath, underneath, under, (from) under, in (the) same place, in the (place of, room of, stead of), for sake of, flat, unto, where (fore, with), whereas, when, was mine. See: Strongs Exhaustive Concordance 8478 & 8430

Turned Up.. haphak pronounced haw-vak' A primitive root; to turn (about, over), by implication to change, overturn, return, pervert: - turn (aside, back, to the contrary, every way, again), (to) be (turned), be turned aside, (be) turned up, (be) turned to the contrary, turning of things upside down, overturn, tumble, overthrow, be overthrown, (to) change, be changed, be converted, be (come), give, retire, make (a bed), perverse.

Fire..? Esh pronounced aysh A primitive word; fire, fiery, flaming, burning, hot, fire.

Let's substitute Hebrew meanings for the english words and read that scripture again.
As for the earth, out of it cometh bread: and below, beneath, under, (underneath) it is turned up (to) turn (about, over), turn (aside, back, to the contrary, every way, again), (to) be (turned), be turned aside, (be) turned up, (be) turned to the contrary, turning of things upside down, overturn, tumble, overthrow, be overthrown, (to) change, be changed, be converted), as it were fiery, flaming, burning, hot, fire. Job 28:25

The Earth.
The earth is made up of three main parts, the crust, the mantle, and the core. The core is made up of two parts, the solid inner core and the liquid outer core. The mantle is made up of boiling molten rock and gases. The crust is made up of hardened rock. The sea, the land and the mountains sit upon the crust of the earth. The crust of the earth is broken up into plates. There are about 30 plates. Each plate is of a different size. The plates are constantly moving about. Molten rock beneath the Earth's crust is causing the plates to move about. They move at about the rate of 10 centimeters a year. As the plates move and push against one another they build trenches on the floor of the sea, mountains, mountain ranges (ridges), and valleys, they also cause volcanoes, earthquakes, landslide, avalanches, muslides, landslips, and tsunamis.

Plate Tectonics.
The movement of the plates is called Plate Tectonics. The idea of the plates floating about on the surface of the earth was mentioned by Alfred Wegener (say Vay-guh-ner) around 1912.

Plate Boundaries.
At plate boundaries, plates either collide, spread apart, slide beside one another, or sink beneath one another. Ocean trenches are formed at plate boundaries when oceanic plate sinks beneath continental plate. Mountain building, volcanic eruptions, and earthquakes, occur at and near plate boundaries.

Divergant Boundaries.
A divergant boundary is any place where plates move away from one another, in these boundaries new crust is created.

Oceanic-Continental.
Oceanic-Continental is the place where dense oceanic crust is dragged (subducted) beneath continental crust as the two plates meet. The oceanic plate melts which causes molten rock to rise up through the continental plate.

Convergent boundary.
Where two plates collide or come together is called a convergent boundary. At most of these boundaries one plate will move beneath the other destroying crust material. Many different features are produced on the surface of the earth at convergant boundaries.

Transform Boundaries.
A transform boundary is a place where two plates slide beside one another in opposite directions. Crust is not created or destroyed at this boundary. The crack along which the plates move is called a transform fault.

Continental-Continental.
Continental-Continental is the place where two continental plates collide, both of the plates are dense and neither one of them can move beneath the other, so they compress, crumple and buckle one another and form mountain ranges. The plates then join together and become, a continentatl block.

Oceanic-Oceanic.
When two oceanic plates meet one of the plates is forced beneath the other. This process is called subduction. The area where this takes place is called the subduction zone. The subducting plate descends into the mantle where it is melted and absorbed. The melting of this plate cause molten rock to rise through the other plate. Volcanoes form on the ocean floor, and build a chain of volcanic mountains. Where the subducting plate sinks beneath the earth, a deep ocean valley (trench) is created. Trenches are found in the deepest parts of the ocean. The Marianas trench is more than 11 km deep and 70 km wide. Mt Everest, the tallest mountain on the earth could easily fit inside of the Marianas trench.
