The Sun stood still.
So the sun stood still in the midst of (heaven,) the Milky Way Galaxy and hasted not to </b>go down</b> about a whole day. Joshua 10:13

The Earth is rotating from the east to the west, whilst orbiting the Sun, which is carrying the Solar System, (that is situated <b>halfway along one of its spiral arms,</b>) in a circuit around the center of the (heaven) Milky Way Galaxy once in about every 220 million years. Psalm 19:4-6  [220 million years! From a book about Space!]

The Sun did not set (go down) over the earth for a whole day..If the sun did not go down over the Earth for a whole day, then, it was the Earth that stood still in the presence of the Sun, as the Sun, carrying the Solar System continued travelling (or stopped travelling) in its circuit around the Milky Way Galaxy.

Where do Astronomers and Scientists say the Sun is?
The moon is orbiting the Earth, which is orbiting the Sun which, carrying the entire Solar System along with it, is orbiting the center of the constantly swirling Milky Way Galaxy. Nicolaus Copernicus a Polish Astronomer made a model of the Solar System in 1708 which showed the Earth orbiting the Sun which he had positioned in the center of the Solar System.
