Lightning and the Cumulonimbus thundercloud.
13 When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures. The Holy Bible. Jeremiah 10:13

The scripture narrowed down.
13 ..he maketh lightnings with rain,

The same scripture with Hebrew words and their meanings included.
he [6213 ? ?a^sa^h aw-saw' (put in) execute (-ion) etc.] maketh [1300 ? ba^ra^q baw-rawk' [From 1299 ? ba^raq baw-rak' Primitive root; to lighten (lightning): - cast forth (glances), to shine.] lightning; similar in some respects to, a gleam; a flashing sword: - glitter (-ing, sword), bright, lightning.] lightnings with [4306 ma^t?a^r maw-tawr'..rain, showers. From 4305 ma^t?ar maw-tar' Primitive root; to rain, (cause to) rain (upon).] rain,

The scripture and its Hebrew words narrowed down.
he (put in) execute (-ion) maketh to lighten (lightning): - cast forth (glances), to shine. lightning; a gleam; a flashing sword: - glitter (-ing, sword), bright, lightning. lightnings with rain, showers. to rain, (cause to) rain (upon).] rain,

Conclusion.
He [(put in) execute (-ion)] maketh a gleam, to lighten, to shine, bright, glitter (-ing, sword), flashing sword, lightning with rain, (showers).

Within the cumulonimbus thunder cloud, there are negative and positive charges of electricity. Water droplets within the lowest part of the cumulonimbus thunder clouds are negatively charged, while crystals of ice in the upper part of the thunder cloud are positively charged. Beneath the electrically charged thunder cloud the earth gets charged with an opposite electrical charge. If the thunder cloud has a negative charge the ground beneath the cloud will be positively charged. Charges of one type of electricity in a body produce opposite charges in a nearby body. Negatively charged particles racing from cloud to cloud or from cloud to earth rush towards positively charged particles.

Lightning.
Within the cumulonimbus thunder cloud, as negative and positive charges of electricity meet there is an instant burst of successive sparks which travel along a path in the air igniting hydrogen gas which appears as a flash of lightning. [The electricity passes through paths in the air, and then as the negative and positive charges of electricity meet there is an instant burst of successive sparks which travel along a path in the air igniting hydrogen gas which appears as a flash of lightning.] Lightening can travel from clouds to earth and from the earth to the clouds. The prongs of forked lightning point in the direction that the lightning is travelling.

48 He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts. Psalm 78:48

48 He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to [? resheph reh'-shef a live coal, coals, spark, burning (heat, stone, coal, coals), hot (stone, thunderbolts), an arrow (as flashing through the air), arrow, arrows, fever. From 8313 ? sa^raph saw-raf' Primitive root; to be (causatively set) on fire: - heat, kindle, cause to (burn, be burned), make a burning, burn (up), to burn, (be, that were) burnt, burned, utterly. See: ben. See Strongs 7565] hot thunderbolts.
Psalm 78:48 Sparks of light flash through the air.

Narrowing down.
48 He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to [a live coal, coals, spark, burning (heat, stone, coal, coals), hot (stone, thunderbolts), an arrow (as flashing through the air), arrow, arrows, fever. to be (causatively set) on fire: - heat, kindle, cause to (burn, be burned), make a burning, burn (up), to burn, (be, that were) burnt, burned, utterly. hot thunderbolts.Psalm 78:48

Looking at the Hebrew words!
48 He gave up their ... flocks to spark, burning (heat), hot (thunderbolts), an arrow (as flashing through the air), arrow, arrows, fever. to be (causatively set) on fire: - heat, kindle, cause to (burn, be burned), make a burning, burn (up), to burn, (be, that were) burnt, burned, utterly. hot thunderbolts.Psalm 78:48

The Cumulonimbus thunder cloud is a 'Nuclear Reactor' in the sky. 'Nuclear Fission.'
he maketh lightnings with rain,..Rain is water which is made of atoms of hydrogen and oxygen.

The (core) nucleus of an atom is unstable. Nuclei of hydrogen atoms, along with their neutrons and protons, crack into nuclei of similar sizes. Positively and negatively charged particles called neutrons and protons are found in the core of atoms. Negative and positive particles rush towards one another. Within the atom, as negative and positive charges of electricity meet, there is an instant burst of successive sparks which travel along a path in the air igniting hydrogen gas which appears as a flash of lightning.

Again.
Within the atom, as negative and positive charges of electricity meet, there is an instant burst of successive sparks which travel along a path in the air igniting hydrogen gas which appears as a flash of lightning.

Hebrew words.
spark, burning (heat), hot (thunderbolts), an arrow (as flashing through the air), arrow, arrows, fever. to be (causatively set) on fire: - heat, kindle, cause to (burn, be burned), make a burning, burn (up), to burn, (be, that were) burnt, burned,

Within the atom, as negative and positive charges of electricity meet, heat is generated and there is an instant burst of successive sparks which travel along a path in the air igniting hydrogen gas which appears as a flash of lightning.

Nuclear fission has been being used by God to manufacture electricity in the cumulonimbus thunder cloud for billions of years.
